After breakfast, visit the spice farm in the village of Air Tege-Tege.
Walk through the village around cloves and nutmeg trees, smell and taste the fresh spices, learn how they are grown and used, try the local snacks.
On site, you can observe the oldest clove tree in the world (200 years old).
After your exploration tour, go to the Royal Resto for lunch before visiting the Kedaton Sultan Ternate.
Walk through the Kedaton and experience the rich history of the Sultanate of Ternate up close, explore the relics of the golden age and enjoy the fantastic panoramic view over Ternate.
Afterwards, visit the Alfred Rusell Wallace House to experience the story of the famous naturalist who observed the plants and animals of the North Moluccas on site.
You can also see the room in which Wallace Darwin wrote a letter about the theory of evolution. From the beautiful house, the tour continues to the Ngade Lagoon to admire the beautiful landscape.
The first day tour ends at the Ternate Landmark, where the colonial powers of the Portuguese, coming from the east, and the colonial powers of the Spanish, coming from the west, met on land and sea. After your tour, you return to the hotel, where you will also have dinner.
