For more than 30 days of travel, the two of us were on the road in very different regions of Indonesia. We visited the Dani people in West Papua in the Baliem Valley, then we went to Raja Ampat for snorkeling and the birds of paradise. On Java we toured to Bromo, and climbed the Ijen, experienced the hard work of the sulphur workers up close. Waterfalls and national parks were on the program. There was also no shortage of relaxation, especially in the last stop, Bali.
