The family business “Dewi Tours – Individual Travel” is already run by the second generation.

With our roots in Indonesia, we have now  successfully established our company on the German-speaking market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for 10 years in Germany, Bonn, surviving crises such as the Covid 19 pandemic, energy crisis and traffic light coalition unscathed, and are now returning to our roots in Indonesia, more precisely to Yogyakarta.

From our new location in the heart of Central Java in Yogyakarta, we are pleased to offer our private tours to clients in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, the UK and the rest of the English-speaking world.

Dewi Tours – Individual Travel stands first and foremost for customer proximity and flexibility in the design of individual and private adventure trips. The years of excellent contacts and trusting partnerships in Asia enable us to offer you the best possible price-performance ratio for your individual dream trip.

Our team of travel specialists can rely on years of professional experience in sales, marketing and product management, supplemented by university degrees in Asian studies and tourism management in Germany, as well as language and cultural studies in Indonesia, and of course numerous travel experiences of their own, mainly with our partner agencies in South and Southeast Asia.

We would like to share our passion for traveling and discovering foreign cultures, flora & fauna and history with you.

The trip and the expected experience are still an imaginary product at the beginning of the planning. Therefore, it requires a lot of trust in the competence and experience of the travel agency carrying out the trip.

We are available to our customers via WhatsApp service 24/7, even during the trip, and can react immediately to all eventualities. Fantastic vacation pictures are of course always welcome :).

Our portfolio of individual dream trips is limited to our core competencies and favorites in Southeast Asia.

Our main focus is on the largest archipelago in the world – Indonesia with its over 17,000 islands (the largest and most famous of these: Sumatra – Mentawai – Kalimantan/ Borneo – Moluccas – Sulawesi – Java – Bali – Lombok – Flores – Komodo NP – Sumba – West Papua) and the greatest ethnic and cultural diversity, as well as the greatest biodiversity above and below water.

In addition to Indonesia, the main focus is on the colorful Indian subcontinent, including – Nepal – India – Sri Lanka – Andaman Islands

From the majestic Mount Everest in the Himalayas to the green tea plantations in Darjeeling, the cultural highlights and unique flora & fauna of India and Sri Lanka to the lonely dream beaches on the Andaman Islands, we create your very own, private dream trip.

We attach great importance to quality, not quantity !

We do not constantly offer new trendy destinations, but stick to our core competencies. We only offer you trips that we are 100% convinced of and would like to experience ourselves, or have already done numerous times with our fantastic local partners.

We also attach great importance to sustainability and nature conservation. Your travel price usually already includes donations for nature conservation and the local population who are actively involved in it.

We are happy to support sponsorships for endangered orangutans in Sumatra or Borneo, and all other endangered animal and plant species.
