Welcome to the colonial islands – where the pepper grows. Upon arrival, your private chauffeur will be waiting for you to drive you to your hotel.

You check in at your leisure and have enough time to shower and relax before your private guide takes you to the “Bakmi Naga Restaurant” around 11:30 a.m. for a traditional Indonesian lunch.

After your lunch, drive to the beautiful Lake Ngade/Laguan, 310 meters above sea level and continue to Lakes Tolire Kecil and Tolire Besar. On the way you will make a stop at the Batu Angus, Black Stones.

On the way you will also see the oldest carnation tree in the Moluccas – Afo.

At sunset you reach Gambesi Beach.

For dinner we continue to the Platinum Chinese Restaurant, where you can examine the world-famous spices up close with professional guidance and explanation before your meal.

After your dinner you will return to your hotel.

After your breakfast, your private guide will meet you in the lobby at around 8:00 a.m. to show you the other highlights of the island.

First we go to the local market in Ternate, then to the Sultan Palace and finally to the colonial fortresses Kalamata Fort, Fort Oranye and Fort Toluko.

After your intensive journey of discovery through the history of the Spice Islands, you can look forward to a traditional meal at “Abas” – Smoking Tuna and steam sticky rice.

We then return to the hotel by 1 p.m. to freshen up before taking the speed boat to Tidore.

You will start your tour by visiting Tahulla Fort, Sultan Palace, Fort Tore and visiting the traditional village of Gura Flowers and the famous Sowohi House at over 1,100 meters altitude.

After the subsequent visit to the Soa Soa water dragon of the North Moluccas, we will take you safely back to your hotel on Ternate by speed boat.

You can enjoy the morning as you wish before taking the speed boat in the afternoon to the realm of the former Sultanate of Halmahera in around 60 minutes. You will begin your tour in Gamtala village in Jailolo, west of Halmahera. (In May it hosts the Jailolo Bay Festival festivities, which opens the season of re-roofing the traditional “Sasadu” houses). Today’s tour takes you by boat through the biodiversity of the mangroves, past historical fortresses of the former Portuguese colonial power. On the way, you will immerse yourself in the traditional village life of the locals and have enough time to learn more about the cultural customs and traditions and observe the most exotic bird species over a refreshing young coconut. We then head to the village of Gamtala, where you can pamper your feet with a SPA in the natural hot springs before taking the speed boat back to Ternate.

After breakfast and check-out, your private chauffeur awaits you in the lobby for your drive to the airport and your onward flight to Ambon.

After breakfast you first visit the village of Passo and the old church of Ambon.

In the village of Wanath you have enough time to take fantastic photos of the ancient traditional Butonese houses.

In the village of Hitu you visit the traditional weekly market and have the opportunity to taste the most exotic fruits and buy authentic souvenirs away from the tourist spots.

In Hila village, visit the old mosque from 1414 before having lunch.

We then continue to the old royal house in the village of Wakasihu in the west of Ambon before heading to the beautiful Allang Beach.

After a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, today we will head to the Marine Museum in Taman Makmur Hill and the village of Airlow. At the beautiful Namalatu Beach you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama over the Banda Sea. Lunch awaits you at the “Tirta Kencana Restaurant” before visiting the old Australian Commonwealth cemetery in the village of Tantui. In the village of Ti Waai you will learn about traditional feeding of farmed eels with chicken eggs. On the dream beach of Honimua Beach you can relax while snorkeling and sunbathing. For more relaxation, enjoy afternoon tea on the beach at the hot springs in Tulehu Sago Forest before heading back to the hotel.

Today you will check out and then be driven to the port to take the public ferry to Banda Island. After checking into your hotel and relaxing for a bit, your private guide awaits you for your tour of the island’s cultural treasures. In the Banda Museum you will discover the ancient treasures of the Dutch and Portuguese colonial powers and in the Old Neira Church you will discover the old missionary graves. Other highlights of today are the visit to Fort Belgica from 1611 on Tabaleku Hill, the Hatta House and the personal collection from his time in exile in Neira Town between 1942 and 1945, the bronze statue of King Willem III. and much more …

After breakfast, your longboat awaits you to take you through Zonegat Strait to Hatta Island in approximately 90 minutes. Enjoy the whole day sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear and species-rich waters in front of the island’s dream reefs. Your lunch will be served on the beach.

In the early hours of the morning you set off for Volcano Island by longboat and start your volcano trekking tour around 5:30 a.m. to experience a breathtaking panoramic view of the archipelago from the summit around 7:30 a.m. You will have enough time to enjoy these magical moments in peace before your lunch and dinner await you in Ambon.

Today you start your adventure from Banda Beach by longboat to Banda Besar. Discover the historical monuments of the former Dutch colonial power. Fort Hollandia, the grave of Nona Lanzius, the family residence of the Van den Brooeke family and the historic carnation plantations are on the program today before you head to the dream beach of Sembahayang Beach for your picnic. After your cultural discovery tour, you now have time to relax with sunbathing and snorkeling before heading back to Banda Neira for dinner.

After a relaxed breakfast, your guide awaits you with the longboat for an approximately one-hour crossing to the western part of Neira Island to Ai Island.
